Week 8 reflections

I find as I work my way through this course I have more questions than answers to contribute. During the readings of week 8 -selecting of print resources the question of multiple copies came up. Most library budgets can not afford multiple copies of everything and so photocopies are made of resources used in group activities. This can be a little dry and uninteresting as pictures end up black and white and copies can be sloppy to handle. I was wondering if anyone has used online books and references when they wanted students to read the same information at the same time.
